So you’ve booked that well deserved holiday and started dreaming about sipping pina colada’s on the beach and lazy days spent on  a hammock reading a book!

To ensure that you do not forget any essential travel items and have a hassle free holiday, we’ve put together a short list of essential travel items you should not leave home without:

• Immunisation and medication
• Passports, Insurance and departure dates
• Copies of all passports, insurance, tickets etc kept separately from originals
• Appropriate baggage, power adapters & reference books
• Camera, video camera and binoculars (remember spare batteries and disks for cameras)
• Hat or cap, sun screen and perhaps a swimming costume
• Long pants, especially in winter, or perhaps short pants depending on location
• Long sleeved shirts (for both – mosquitoes and cold weather)
• Comfortable flat shoes or running shoes
