Amazing MSC cruise on board the MSC Sinfonia There is no better value for money then a cruise on MSC…….that’s coming straight from the “horse’s mouth” ….lol, a travel agent. Whether you are on a family holiday, honeymoon or a company incentive, a MSC cruise is the perfect getaway. There are ample itineraries to choose from in South Africa, Mediterranean, Europe, South America, basically anywhere in the world you want to cruise. You have a few options on cabin choice from inside cabins to lovely balcony cabins, one of my personal favourites.
I went on the 7 night Christmas cruise from Durban, South Africa visiting Portugese islands and Madagascar with my family. It was simply amazing. Once on board, you unpack and start enjoying the holiday immediately with all of the many facilities and activities available on board. Your typical day on board starts with a buffet breakfast or a continental breakfast on the balcony in your cabin, which we opted for most mornings watching the beautiful skies and taking in the blue waters.
During the day there is so much of activity from board games, bingo, kids clubs and activities for the kids, dance classes….something for everyone in your family. Lunch is an amazing buffet catering for all tastes. If you prefer to do as little as possible, then lazying on the sun lounger at the pool or enjoying a treatment at the spa if definitely the way to go. There is coffee, teas, pizzas and burgers available at the pool deck throughout the day right up to 2am. Wow, that is incredible and perfect in satisfying your midnight munchies. At night, there is a beautiful dinner followed by a world class show in the theatre.
The entertainers are spectacular and their performances breath taking. After the show, you can either join the dream team at the pool deck for some fun and dancing or enjoy a game of black jack at the casino or dance the night away at the on board disco. The Captains gala evening is one of the highlights and is an elegant evening filled with good food, cocktails and canape’s. MSC cruises is definitely a brilliant holiday!
